What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Both plans include unlimited team members, contacts, deals, and pipelines, plus every feature LeadEngines® offers. The difference is locations/sub accounts (1 on Starter, unlimited on Pro) and the credits bundled into your wallet each month ($10/mo vs $25/mo). Need more than Pro? Enterprise is a fully custom plan — contact us.
How does pay-as-you-go usage work?
Every plan includes pay-as-you-go usage. Credits are deducted from your wallet in real-time as you send SMS, emails, make calls, provision phone numbers, or use AI features. Each plan ships with monthly credits included, and you can top up your wallet at any time.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch your billing cycle at any time. Annual billing saves you roughly 17% compared to paying monthly, billed as a single upfront payment for the year.
Are all features really included on every plan?
Yes. Websites, funnels & landing pages, SEO optimization, quizzes & forms, CRM & pipelines, unlimited contacts, the AI receptionist, missed call text back, email and SMS marketing, marketing automation, the unified inbox, and analytics are all included on every plan. You never pay extra to unlock a feature.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Enterprise is a custom solution for high-volume teams and power users — unlimited everything, the ability to bring your own AI keys, and custom tools and integrations built around your workflow. Reach out through our contact form and we will tailor a plan to your needs.
Can I bring my own AI key?
On eligible plans you can supply your own Anthropic Claude key, which skips wallet billing for AI features entirely. Your key is encrypted at rest and used ahead of the platform key.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You only pay your monthly or annual plan price plus any pay-as-you-go usage beyond your included credits.
