SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by Formless, Inc. DBA LeadEngines ("LeadEngines®," "we," "us," or "our") to individuals who have opted in to receive them. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

LeadEngines® sends two kinds of text messages, and you choose which (if any) you want to receive:

• Customer care and account messages (non-marketing): replies to an inquiry you sent us, demo or appointment confirmations and reminders, and account, billing, or support updates.
• Marketing and promotional messages: special offers, discounts, new product and feature updates, and similar promotions.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in to text messages from LeadEngines® in either of the following ways:

• Web form: enter your mobile number on our contact form and check the consent box for the type of messages you want to receive. The boxes are unchecked by default, and consent is never a condition of purchase.
• Keyword: text START or JOIN to any LeadEngines® business phone number.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Customer care messages are sent in response to your inquiries and account activity. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than a few times per month.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to every message sent to or received from LeadEngines®. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from LeadEngines®. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. 8. Privacy and Non-Sharing of Mobile Information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use messaging service providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and they are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

9. Supported Carriers and Liability

Messages are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and may not be available in all areas at all times.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
