When you use LeadEngines® to capture and manage leads, you may upload or generate data about third-party contacts ("Lead Data"). You are the controller of this Lead Data. We process it only on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.

• Provide, operate, and improve our Services
• Create and manage your account
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account updates, invoices, security alerts)
• Send marketing communications (with your consent, where required by law)
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Analyze usage patterns to improve platform features
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Train and improve our AI models (using anonymized and aggregated data only)

Service Providers

After account deletion, we retain data for 90 days to allow for account recovery, then delete it from our active systems. Certain data may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Lead Data you upload to the platform is deleted within 30 days of account cancellation unless you export it first.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, SOC 2 Type II compliance, multi-factor authentication, regular security audits and penetration testing, and role-based access controls. While we take reasonable precautions, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

7. Your Privacy Rights

For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@leadengines.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

For California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, delete your personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and non-discrimination for exercising your rights. To submit a CCPA request, email privacy@leadengines.ai with the subject line "CCPA Request."

8. International Data Transfers

Formless, Inc. DBA LeadEngines is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We comply with applicable data transfer regulations, including using Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU/EEA. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US.
